I guess posting every three days have become a habit now. And maybe it's a bit more convenient too (?). Anyway, the past few days have been a mixture of disappointment and happiness all at the same time. So, let's begin!
January 28, 2013 (Monday)
I had no classes. The Sister at SPUM were a tad bit tired from the activities during the University Week. As expected, I stayed at home and lazied out. Fiel and I talked about the mystery interview (which isn't actually a mystery now since the news is out) for a while and then I continued to organizing my Goodreads account and read a book entitled "Love and Other Perishable Items". It's mostly the reason why I'm making a page where I put/tag all the books I've read in 2013 so far, with reviews! YES! *Thumbs up!*

I'd also resorted to posting something quite personal on my Tl;dr Blog (click, click), although I don't think of it as a personal matter anymore since people on the internet can read it. But yeah, I guess that's life.

Regular classes again. We were told our grades in some of the subjects, and the good news is my lowest grade is 82! My highest is 89. I could do better though, you'll see finals. Mark my words, Filipino, Logic and Algebra professors.
Anyway, during our Filipino class I wasn't paying much attention again since our prof. was only "refreshing" our minds with the past lectures and continuing the rest of it. So I decided to draw a bit.

January 30, 2013 (Wednesday/Today)
Remember when I mentioned that I'm part of this web magazine called "Elision"? Yeah, well earlier today we got the chance to interview the William Beckett...via Skype! Actually, we've requested for an interview a while back and it was supposed to be just via e-mail. But the universe decided that this was the perfect time for a break-through. So, we actually got to talk to him.
When I opened my Skype, this was the first thing that welcomed my anticipating soul.
Believe me when I say that, that's actually the William Beckett. It's just that I don't want to cause a ruckus by publicly announcing his username. (Besides, I'm not even sure if he'll keep me as a contact. I hope he does though!)
At exactly 1:30 AM (AM!!!), he messaged me and I literally panicked. I didn't know what to say or do, because obviously I'm a noob when it comes to conversing with band dudes, musicians, famous people, etc. I get awkward and I'd feel like whatever I'll say will be wrong. But thank God for Eunice, Kat and Fiel! They backed me up! (Although Fiel scared me a bit by disappearing the moment Bilvy messaged me!!!!! Mini heart attack!!!!)
And as you can see at the end, it says "Call from William Beckett". We made our final request to him, and asked him if he could go on cam for a while and greet Elision. Sadly, I was the only one who got to witness his face and talk to him because I was the only contact. (I SWEAR TO GOD I'M STILL HALF-BLAMING MYSELF FOR THE LACK OF VIDEOS AND RECORDINGS) The girls were okay with it though, which the reason why I love them so much. Anyway, I got to take a picture of him while on cam! I sort of panicked again and just grabbed the nearest gadget that had a camera on it. My phone.
Hooray for low quality photos? Haha. I'm really still sorry. Also, I got to record the last part of our brief on-cam conversation. The weird thing about the video is that, it was the part where he says good bye to me and I thank him for his time.
Yay. So that's about it!
